This error occurs when your store login information does not match your authentication username/password. Follow the steps below to update your password so that both passwords match:
- Login to the Aptana online store.
- Click your Account History link.
- Click the link to your license.
- Update your license password so that it matches your store account.
- Click the Update License Information button to save your changes.
- In Aptana Studio Pro, update your authentication password to to match your updated store account password.
