We recommend saving your workspace preferences, uninstalling your old version of Aptana, and then installing Aptana Studio v1.0. See Updating to Aptana Studio 1.0 for more details.

Note: If you have been using the old version of the SFTP plug-in (downloaded from http://aptana.com/plugins/), make sure to uninstall this plug-in before upgrading to Pro or you may experience conflicts between the SFTP support included in Pro and the older SFTP plug-in.
